Title: Swift, Yale, Merwin.... What do I need to bring?
Post by: engelwood on July 19, 2010, 08:14:33 AM
I'm heading to the Swift chain this weekend for a couple days of camping/fishing and have never really fished any of these reservoirs before (even though it's only about an hour drive for me). I know there are trout, koke, and musky in these reservoirs, but I am wondering if anyone has any tips that I can use to try to land some fish, and I don't really even care which type. I'm taking a 21' Jet boat with no trolling motor, so anchoring and casting will most likely be my method of choice. I would love to catch a musky as I never have before, but I am guessing that those are few and far between, especially if you've never caught one before.

Thanks for any help you guys can provide!!!
