Title: Blacktail Hunting
Post by: Hunterforlife on July 22, 2010, 12:24:56 PM: I just moved to the covington area from out of state and was wondering if anyone had any good advice for areas within a few hours of my location to hunt blacktail

Post by: d-rock on July 23, 2010, 10:29:58 AM: There are spots you can hunt on Timber company lands. For hunting the Covington Area there are places up HWY 18 on Tiger Mountain, but the safest way is to call the Company and ask for permission.

Post by: Furee65 on July 27, 2010, 10:58:54 PM: You might check around the Ravensdale area as my brother lives out there and has a friend who archery hunts and has taken Deer,Elk, and Bear all in that area. Check Around the watershed boundaries.
