First attempt at using a trailcam, Wildview IR Extreme.
No baits or scents, just wrapped it around a tree near a game trail and left it sit for a week.
same doe two days in a row plus a buddy with her on the second day and after that not a damn thing for 5 days :dunno: goofy blacktails
Should the camera be set lower?

Seems fine to me. Looks like it works.
Maybe if you wanted an 'eye to eye' shot you might move it lower.

was questioning positioning because it looked to me like more than 3 deer had passed through there in a weeks time.
