Here is a bear that is quite tall. there is also a tape measure so we know. but we don't know age and weight and aren't good guessers. any guess on the weight or age?

nice bear..i seen those pics at tombstone's
-
very fine bear a little sleek in the chest and ass but i would say easy 220+range

:bfg:

250ish???
-
300#er. :twocents:

Nice bear but he looks to be about 5 foot from nose to tail....6 1/2' standing I'd say around 200. just my opinion

that is a good bear where I hunt. you can't really judge his age w/o some face and teeth pics. bears can stack on the pounds at a few years or never really put on the mass ever.......depends on a lot. weight wise, if the tape is accurate, I would guess 250-275ish. my bear in my avtar is taken next to me at 265lbs, I never did weigh him, but he out sized me a bit.

here is a face picture
-
he is a decent bear, good spread on the ears, not huge, but good. face is not all scarred up as is often the case on old boars. I would guess 4-5 years old and stand by 250-275 lbs and gaining daily.

Fine looking bear :o

he has a nice broad skull as well but i would be supprised if he went better then 275 i am still with my 220-275 range
