I was wondering if anyone had a MoultrieŽ Game SpyŽ D-55 IR 5.0 Megapixel Digital Game Camera. I wanted to see if these were any good?
Thanks

I recently picked up the newer version. The D65 6.0MP. Its ok, not the picture quality I was expecting out of a 6.0 not bad though. My Stealth Cam takes better pictures, but has a MUCH slower wake up/trigger speed.
Edit: If you look down about 10 threads Lil blackie and a bear, the blacktail was taken with the D65 and the bear was with my stealth Cam

Ran across these cameras for $95 each + free shipping. The price sounded a lot better than the Cuddy back, but wanted to make sure it was worth $95 dollars.

That is a pretty good price. I think the 6.0 was $139 or somewhere around there. It has cool features, but does not feel as well made as my Stealth Cam or my buddys Primos.

Moultrie has really fallen behind in trail cams. Much better options for the money. But at the price you mentioned they might be worth a try.

I have that cam and so far I got 15 pictures of raccoons and a WT doe. All are night shots. The pictures are really good quality. It comes with a 1 gig drive as well. Its also very water proof. Because we have had severe thunder storms for the past couple days in Alabama. I'd buy it.

Rogers Sporting Goods is selling them for $95 and free shipping right now. I will have to place an order.
