Welcome Rebel69972. There is lots of bear info in the bear forums. Cruise through and read some stories, posts, etc...should give you a good idea what to expect.

Have fun, good luck and be safe.

Saylean is right. This is only my second year to hunt bear, but there is A LOT of info on here. I would really try to read through the information. I know that I have found it VERY VERY useful. Heck, I think on one post or another, everything is covered. There are a lot of people on here that have a great amount of knowledge as well. I found that you just need to do some of your own legwork, if ya know what I mean.

Welcome to WA. Good luck this season.

thank you all. Ive been scouting the area and seen several nice animals and a few that i didn't recognise. but some nice elk and deer but seen very few sighs of bear but not real sure what I'm looking at. Ive been hiking several miles a day with my pack and shooting my bow at least 4 to 5 times a week.
