Title: Pole repair Help'

Post by: MIKEXRAY on August 07, 2010, 10:00:14 AM: I had a pole with two eyes busted and replaced them myself ( had never tried it before ) . It was easy and fun. I got the eyes, thread, and small jar of resin for like $ 6 at wholessale sports. I'm sure everyone carries them. Give it a try. Mike

Post by: engelwood on August 09, 2010, 04:45:52 PM: If you do it yourself, go to Angler's Workshop in Woodland WA, or you can go to their website and they will have what you need and are helpful when it comes to this stuff. Trust me though, it won't be pretty on your first one, but it will be functional. I've built 13 rods so far and each one gets better than the last. Good luck!
