It is your normal run of the mill ling cod. There skin gets that tint to it from a heavy shellfish diet. Many people say they taste sweeter but I think they taste the same...delisous

Its not a kelp greenling, its just what we call a green ling just because of the color...

It was farm raised in a porta-potty :P
I think the green/blue ones do taste a bit better myself. Some nice rockfish in that pic!
