It is pretty neat to get one with that vivid color.  We use to get them with meat that was blue, green, yellow and reddish.  Kelp greening and cabezon can have colored meat as well.

My first trip to westport when i was 15 i caught a ling with that color of meat :drool: :EAT: How many pounds of meat do you think you ended up with after your trip?

I think the final count was something like 5 lings, 2 kelp green lings, 3 cabonzon, and a butt load of seabass.

The blue filet's are from a cabonzon..
