Post by: PolarBear on August 17, 2010, 12:19:12 AM: It is pretty neat to get one with that vivid color. We use to get them with meat that was blue, green, yellow and reddish. Kelp greening and cabezon can have colored meat as well.

The blue filet's are from a cabonzon..
