Title: What does he score?
Post by: Cougeyes on August 20, 2010, 12:06:38 PM: This is a WA buck pictures taken a few days ago. What do you think he'll score? Appears to be around 28" wide and its a 7 by 5.

I'm going conservative on everything now. I'd rather guess low then have it be higher then the opposite.

Quick run down. I just used one side and doubled as he is pretty symetrical.

MB-23
G1-2.5
G2-17
G3-9
G4-6
H average- 16

Total one side- 73.5
Total- 147
Inside spread 22

Typical Gross 170 ish
add 12-13 for extras and you have 183 is.

Just my guess. I could be off somewhere. I usully am.

This is a pretty fair evaluation IMO. I might give him a couple more inside say 24" (I know his ears are a little back in the pick, but still).

I would say:
186 1/8" GROSS
172 3/8" NET
