Title: Hunting in Battleground.

Post by: ELKBURGER on August 21, 2010, 09:58:04 AM: ALOT of private property! The north and east sides of the unit may be the best bets for any public areas. I used to hunt it alot years ago when they offered the late hunt to anyone who still had a tag. The state has changed the seasons and tweaked the boundaries so some research and scouting is important. There is alot of deer in the unit, its worth looking into. Good luck!
