Title: Mountain View Meats (Tacoma Area)
Post by: donsk16 on September 04, 2010, 01:18:03 PM: I have had most of their meats, like what they do, and they seem friendly and honest - just curious if anyone here has had their game done by them and what your thoughts were!

Post by: CMG on September 04, 2010, 03:34:13 PM: Used them for several hogs, great job on the hams, and bacon. Very good people. Have not used them for game (Only because I hunt and use an Eastern Wa. meat guy). But I'm sure they would do a terrific job on game as well.

Post by: finnman on September 04, 2010, 09:19:34 PM: I have used them off and on for near 20 years... Kathy and Steve are great people, their sausage and pepperoni are great! Their breakfast sausage is the best I have ever had!!!!! You won't be disappointed!

Post by: DeerThug on September 04, 2010, 09:31:09 PM: Don't want to burst y our bubble - but learn to do your own cutting and wrapping and sausage making.... You will not go back to paying a ton of $$$ for what you can do way better for way less.

I have not gone to a butcher shop for years and have had no regrets....
