Title: The Fly.
Post by: boneaddict on September 04, 2010, 09:17:26 PM: I am trying to shave weight more so than I ever have. Idabooner created a fly YEARS ago for hunting elk down in the Blues. he made it out of parachute. Its as light as it gets. I am going to put it to use, probably 30 years after he made it. I am leaving the tent behind. I hope this doesn't bit me in the arse. A couple other things I am leaving behind are my extra flashlight, and my 2nd knife. I hope I get a couple pics. Thought seriously about leaving the camera behind as well. :chuckle:

I have called in some really big bulls in the blues. Unfortunately I did not have a bull tag only spike tags. Usually some nice animals by the ski area and up by Godman. Good luck. Beautiful area over there
