Title: Measure Wounds during Season by Pelt Sealed with dept officers
Post by: mulehunter on September 06, 2010, 10:42:43 AM
When Cougar open During Bow in Sept. "IF" someone shot with Rifle in Sept.  When someone with Cougar and  bring in to Pelt Sealed  with those people at Dept and do they make sure to Measure or Look at Wound to make sure its BOW kill or Do they never care about it whatever what kind Weapon that kill it. ???

I wonder if they doesnt care if someone shot with Rifle on Cougar Season during Sept.  How can they prove it is Bow or Muzzler or Rifle or Hand gun.

Because they changed some details of rules on  how to use different Weapons and do they ever care if its not match the RULE.

It would take about 3 seconds to tell what caused the wound.   When I had my cat sealed he looked it over very closely.  Even to the point of whether it was with the proper caliber or not.  Even pulled the slug out of the cat, or had it done.

Bone,  True. I have been there before. I wonder if 240,000 Hunters in this State of Washington probablly 1 out of 100 might forget those rule and happen to bring in.   :yike:

I wonder how many people got Citied for use Different Weapon. I never heard any one about this Obviouly they all FOLLOW RULES. Which is Cool. I  might be wrong.
