621 is a permit only unit for elk. There are no more elk left in that unit, especially no bulls. ;) I have tried for 13 years to pull that for a archery permit, and just can't seem to get one. There are elk up the valley but the hang closer to the private land. The elk run that whole valley from the top to the salt.

The elk tend to hang close or on the private land, fair amount of trespassing happening around there also.
