Title: Grouse, it's what's for dinner
Post by: WCTaxidermy on September 18, 2010, 09:10:02 PM: Hello all, went out for an evening hunt to one of my favorite Grouse spots this evening with my 11 year old yellow lab and bagged these 3 for dinner. He is getting up there in age but still likes going out after Grouse. Time to start the BBQ. :drool: Talk with you soon. John

It was my sons first grouse kill (forgot to take pic) and he was happy with his bounty.

Post by: Ellensburg on September 21, 2010, 03:00:58 PM: me and my buddy shot 2 nice blues yesterday. Gonna cook them tonight. Seasoned flour, pan fried hot until a nice crispy coat, then turned on low and covered in heavy cream. Then Im gonna add some cream of mushroom and a lil regular flower and make some gravy for the potatoes.
