Dinner!!!!!

Molasses brined and grilled fresh Chukar. It's what's for dinner.

Even my youngest son loves fresh grilled Chukar!

Took the dog out for more sit to flush training today and took advantage of not having to pick the shot out of the birds for a change. They only last two or three retrieves, but man do they taste good!
