Title: making beef sticks

how long do you need to smoke beef sticks?  I got a Bradley smoker today power everything, and have 1lb of pork and 10 pds of moose and cabelas beef stick seasoning. any advice will help

i let the meet temp get to 165 to 170 then pull it out.i use smoke for about 5 hours,Doug

Same here. It is more about smoker temp and meat temp than actuall cooking time.
