Very hard tags to draw. So don't expect too awful much help. Do some digging and you will find your answers. Some units contain a lot of private land. Keep that in mind.

Also, maybe look at where guys are hunting for Rios there. I know the last time I was there hunting Rios I saw some Elk. Oh wait, they were big deer, there are no Elk over there... 8)
