Post by: countywarrior on October 07, 2010, 10:40:14 AM
hey all.  I was down at underwood saturday b4 last  maybe ten boats trolling and i was the only ancored boat by the bridge.  Throwing bobber and eggs didnt touch a fish.  Put a wart on and hit 2 fish just casting from the boat.  1 hatchery and a wild chinook.  Only seen a couple more fish caught and talked to one boat that was hitting a few fish.  LOts of kings in the water than.  Anyone been down lately?  Silvers?

i gave it up for the year down there turned to junk when all the tules got in there. i have a friend that has been catching some silvers in there right now. i like steelhead fishing better, myself. so i have not been out for the silvers yet. the steelhead got to sucking the baits and it tunred crappy. i spent a lot of time there for very very few nibbles. have not been down since the end of sep.
