Post by: Slammer on October 12, 2010, 09:45:29 PM: My son and I are headed there for opening weekend of the rifle season. First look at this area...any advise? We are planning to mtn bike in and try to find a spot for the late season...

Saw 16 deer, in different areas of the unit. No grouse.

Post by: Special T on October 15, 2010, 06:49:27 AM: Its the pass on the main paved road in between the reservoir and Carson... There is a snow park and some Vault toilets there if i remember correctly.
