EVERYTHING is better on the green egg. I don't have one...yet... I've had frozen burritos pizza elk ribs...Hmmm yum.... the egg is whered its at!

Super cool..Thats was some awesome looking bird for sure.
On the Ribs,Butts and brisket..Rub the night before and wrap in plastic wrap over night..
I hope you enjoyed the rub..
Oh and Your welcome not a problem..I went in and posted it on the Butts thread..A few others had ask..So its there for all to try.

Ok, Now this is going to have to stop!!!!!!  I just ate lunch and decided to check out the forum, NOW I'M HUNGRY AGAIN! :drool:  That is some great looking ribs there whitey.  Thanks for sharing.  John

15 lbs of ribs with Whitey's rub. "Curing" for the night. On to the smoker tomorrow for the 3-2-1 treatment. If I am sober and can remember I will post pics of the after product.

I can't wait. Almost good enough to eat raw.
