Title: How to determine non-typ vs. typical

When scoring how do you determine if a buck should be scored typical or non-typical

Generally, whichever score places it higher in the book.  If you have a 130" 10 pt whitetail with a 4" non-typical point, it would score as a typical where the 4" tine would be a deduction (P&Y/B&C).  SCI counts everything.
