Title: Jerkie Recipe
Post by: blacktailer on October 27, 2010, 09:19:41 AM
All right don't blast me if this question has been asked 1000 times before 'cause I have never been on the recipe forum.  I did a search first and came up empty.  I am tired of my old teriyaki  recipe for venison jerky and am looking to try something different.  I usually like to marinade, then dehydrate , then finish in my smoker.  Hoping to find a new marinade that someone can vouch for.  Thanks in advance.

I am trying a recipe from this book (the third one down).

Simple and easy with good tips in it.
