Title: Custom Cutting shops near Enumclaw
Post by: docsven on October 31, 2010, 03:13:30 PM: One of my patient's Dad got an elk yesterday, he is visiting from Maryland and they were asking about a good shop close by. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks
They live in Enumclaw.

No, they don't want to do it themselves and I don't have time right now to do it for them. They just didn't seem to plan very well ahead of time. I passed on the name of Mt. View. Thanks for the input everyone!

Olsons Meats, they're excellent.

Post by: spin05 on November 04, 2010, 12:45:59 AM: I have a buddy in buckly that cuts meat as a side job.He used to work for a butcher for quit awhile. He has no where to hang it for days and they will probly have to wrap it.

Post by: docsven on November 04, 2010, 07:52:21 AM: I guess they took it to Olson's. Story was he shot a bull between the eyes at 75 yards that was bedded down. When he got down to it, he saw that it had been shot and wounded. When he started gutting it, a couple of guys showed up saying they had been tracking it for about 3 miles. He saw they had a claim to it, so they decided to toss a coin. He won and that resolved it.
