Title: more quail
Post by: ribka on October 31, 2010, 08:44:37 PM: Went out a few hours for quail and saw more elk than quail in 342. Managed to only get 5 today
Anyway a nice day in the field with the dog.

I took a grouse today while deer hunting.

I don't think you are suppose to do that, but I too have taken multiple grouse with the good old .257
