When my father had a stroke a few years back his choc lab forced his way inside when the perimedics showed up. He went to the bedroom where my father was laying in bed and sat right next to him. He would not leave the bedside. Finally the perimedics said they would just work around him.

Thats a lab for you!  I hope I never have to put my lab through that.
