Title: southeast going to 3 pt.
Post by: logger on November 09, 2010, 07:16:59 PM
Any thoughts on this, the klick, windriver going to 3 pt. and better, I think it will take a few years but I feel that there should be some qaulity bulls by then. I always see alotta small bulls and cows up the ying yang but not much for big bulls. I have heard allotta grumbling about not being any elk anymore, but I think in the long run it will be a way better hunt.

I think the best thing they ever did was make the West Klick 3pt min.  I can tell ya there are a lot less yahoo's out here this year.

I think there will some serious bulls in a few years in both units. It has to be one of the best ideas the fish and game has come up with in a long time. I hope the waves of people are tamed down because of the 3 point min.  Has anyone been up in the Wind during rifle season this year yet?
