Title: Any current info on weather and deer numbers in the Entiat Unit? Snow?
Post by: carlinski on November 09, 2010, 09:40:31 PM: I drew a late archery tag in the Entiat Unit, any reports from the rifle hunters on deer numbers, weather and the rut?

Post by: UBA on November 10, 2010, 08:06:59 AM: It got a light dusting of snow last night. Yesterday i drove around the unit most all day. Didn't see the number of deer i was hoping. However did see some smaller bucks chasing ass. I still think more weather is needed to get them out of the upper valley. Finally seen some local bucks i hadn't seen since summer nice to knows some lived thru the slaughter.
