How is the pheasant season going for everyone out there? Show us your pics :hello:

The last pic postd in the gallery for birds was me( 2 yr old is my younger dog Drake). The season is good. Are you finding time to get out?

Went out with my buddy last week and did pretty good. Eight wild and four with bracelets.

I've taken two trips out of state and had a blast. Trying to find the time to go again without getting a divorce. Here are a few pics

Nice guys. After late season archery elk heading
Where do you hunt Shannon? Looking for an out-of-state trip to Montana or SD this year
-
Montana but am planning a trip to the Dakota's next year. I am not sure I am going but we qualified for NAVHDA's Invitational next year and I have to drive through the Dakota's to get there. Wouldn't be right to not hunt it, would it? :chuckle:

How much do licenses cost in montana and the dakotas? My dad would like to go hunting for some pheasant where the hunting is really good. He can't walk real well so we thought some of that flat land may suit him.

North Dakota is $105 for upland, good for 2 weeks. Lots of Private Land Open To Sportsmen "Plots". These signs are posted on the corners of the property in PLOTS. State land usually has signage on it. Also, in N. Dakota if it's not posted you can hunt it.

Nice pics Shannon. Looks like a fun trip.
huntingfool7, do you go back to North Dakota?
-
Normally get back there once a year in Oct-Nov. Late enough to shoot some birds, early enough to avoid most of the ice and snow (usually).
