This will be the first year my wife does the turkey day. Most times we have it at my gmas, but the are in sunny cali right now :chuckle: so we decided to try a smoked turkey and ham this year. the hams i have down to a science, but have never done a turkey. so we wanted to test it out. it turned out great!!! also had a bunch of fresh quail and pheasant from the hunting trip, i just got back from. So smoked up so quail kabobs and tried a stuffed/smoked pheasant breast. I cant hardly move :chuckle: everything turned out great. figured i would share ;)
