Sorry about my first post, sounded like I was just looking for peoples honey holes. That wasnt my intentions, I have just never hunted the 336 or 335 GMU areas and thats where I was thinking about going. Just wanted some input on some places I can just scout... Well I Got a couples of ideas and went. We saw some sign of elk in the south Cle-elum ridge area, not as much as I had hoped for. Didnt find any herds, mostly just groups of 2 -6. Most of the tracks I had found were up in the 4,500 ft. elevation. But we will be getting more snow this week sooo... Did see lots of deer sign in the area, spotted a total of 9 that day. 1 pretty nice buck, saw 2 points couldnt tell if there was a 3rd. Saw even more deer in the Teanaway area, saw a total of about 16 over there. And we did see 1 single cow in that area across the highway. Pretty sure it was private land though... I wish I had more time to check out the Teanaway area for some elk, but didnt... Good luck to all you hunters this late season... STICK EM' ;)
