Title: whats it worth?
Post by: elkslayer069 on November 23, 2010, 08:45:06 PM: mattews legacy 7 pin spot hog, trophy taker drop away rest, stabilizer, 12 arrows with broadheads, and quiver. just wonder what its worth a guy i know has one for sale he never hunted with it got it all ready and then decided to go muzzle loader hunting and hasnt pick the bow up in a few years

Post by: D-Rock425 on November 24, 2010, 08:45:23 AM: Bows drop in value pretty fast after a few years. I'm not a Mathews shooter so I might be wrong but I think that bow might be 7 or 8 years old now. Not sure on a price you can find some good deals on newer used bows pretty cheap

Post by: MIKEXRAY on November 24, 2010, 10:56:16 AM: The last year they made that bow was 2004 ( I think ) , all set up I think $ 300 is fair. $ 200 or under seems low & $ 400 or over seems high. I sold a Hoyt that vintage for $ 350 and both me & the buyer thought it was a good deal. Mike
