No luck up there yet has anyone been getting into elk?

I got into them with my bow and arrow.  Had a spike at 20 yards  :IBCOOL:  figures but the muzzys where in there heavy and I had a 4by4 at 35 but was too thick to shoot.  Other then that its been pretty slow for me
