Title: archery deer hunting in remote places
Post by: jstone on December 14, 2010, 01:41:29 PM: Hello everyone this year is almost done. Well for me. Just looking for someone who would throw out some ideas on a remote out of the way area that no one or not many people would go deer hunting in September with archery equ. I have hunted the Icicle area, Entiat, and around Lake Chelan. It has been a while sense i have hunted in remote places, and i miss it. Next year i will be up scouting mostly in the Icicle area. But just looking for some ideas. For some great summer scouting with lots of elbow room. Thanks and HAPPY HUNTING

Post by: Kain on December 14, 2010, 01:57:30 PM: I dont hunt in remote areas during early season because temperatures are to high and the meat will spoil. If I was to try and get out away from people I would just get off the trail in any of the wilderness areas. Lots of hikers and campers that time of year but they will stay close to the trails.
