Title: Venison meatballs

Got any recipes for venison meatballs?  Love to see them.

2 lbs ground venison
1/2  pound ground pork
1 diced sweet onion
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil leaves
2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 large eggs
1 3/4 cups bread crumbs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, for dusting the meat balls before browning

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll in flour. Olive in pan and saute until brown

Finish in oven 350 for 20 minutes

I am going to be mixing some up tommorow. Not exactly sure what I am going to add yet, but I am going to start with 2lbs of Elk German Sausage and 1lb of Mule Deer Burger. After that, I will wing it, but I do plan on simmering them in Sweet and Sour sauce.
