Beautiful pic. Good job on that one!
-
You don't mind if I "pick a spot" do ya! Beautiful deer, and great photo!
-
I like the Rack, it looks like the forks on the rightside are ging to touch.
-
Hey bone, do you ever go after the sheds of these bucks? If so you must be the king of sheds :yike:
-
I used to Bigtine, but kids and work (life) has put a damper on my shed pile.
-
Another great pic Bone! That guy has some serious potential ;)
-
Nice!
-
Very nice pic Bone....
-
What a beauty!
-
Nice one Doug.
-
Dandy buck bone.....kinda looks familiar.
-
One of my favorite pics of yours so far. Antlers perfectly silhouetted against the tree without looking fake. Great buck.
-
Great lookin coat...pretty color.
-
if that deer lives a couple more years it has the blood to be a bruiser. not that its small ;)
-
I heard rumors a tribal guy got him yesterday. I hope not.
-
Is that the same buck as the big surprise buck? Have you heard whether he was in fact shot?

Bigtine, I've seen his shed pile, and his idea of "damper" and most folks idea of damper are two entirely different things. Yes it really is that impressive.
By the way, absolutely beautiful picture Bone.
-
Yes Buckmaster, thats the same one.
:chuckle: You and my wife are thinking along the same lines Goldtip.

The Ellensburg buck, right? Man, I hope he didn't get smoked. I'd love to see him with a little added mass/age...
-
Very Nice Doug is that from this year then?
-
Exceptional picture to add to the collection! What were the specifics of the shot? f-stop, zoom level, distance, amount of cropping, shutter speed, tripod or not, light levels.... I'd love to get just one picture that nice some day!
-
Thanks Todd. I'll track down some specifics for you.
-
Here you go Todd.

Thanks Buck. It was offhand compliments of the angle up the hill form where I was at. 60 yards I am guessing if I remember right. A pretty gray day.
-
Very perfect buck. Very good picture!

Thanks for the info!
Love the photo! And to do it offhand is even better.

Me thinks it may help a bit having an $8000 lens to work with...not sure, though, since I'll probably never even lay eyes on one (buck like that or a lens like that).
-
Nice photo bone. Looking at these deer makes me want to go huntin. and the season just got over.
-
Did you ever find out if that buck was killed?
-
I never saw him again, and thats what I heard, but other than that no I haven't.
-
very nice picture

Had some good genes, that's for sure. . .
