Post by: phishisgroovin on January 02, 2011, 05:55:18 PM
Just picked this up today
Sporting arms, Seville .44 magnum
7-1/2" barrel 6 shooter single action.
All Stainless.
Missing the little insert on the forward sight, but i will find one soon or even make one.
Cant wait to go Blasting and test it on paper for Hunting lol!

There were good and bad years of production of the United Sporting Arms 6guns. Production in several places in the U.S. through the 80's under different company names.

As this one is Stainless, is it stamped Seville? Are you sure it's not an Eldorado?

"I know what you're thinking. Did he fire six shots or only five? Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I've kinda lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya punk?"

got to take this out for a few shots at paul bunyan range wednesday.
Man what a pleasant cannon to shoot!

most of the recoil is actually absorbed into the firearm, not me.
granted they werent hunting loads i was blasting away with, but none the less. its going to be a sweet carry gun for hunting.
hits just above where you ain it consistantly. cant ask for more!
