I may have missed this months ago....What is the rank number next to your raffle drawing results?
-
I think it indicates in what order that ticket was drawn. I had seven blacktail deer raffle tickets, my best number was 624, and my worst was 1,937. There is only one hunt per raffle, so you need to be #1. I had 623 people ahead of me in the blacktail deer raffle. On the Western elk my lowest number was 1,875. :bash:

Thanks for the info.....maybe I'm brain dead today but I don't see the point to the number though. How are other people "ahead" of you?
If they draw one person how do they come up with the other numbers?

Holy smokes! You came really close on that NE permit! I don't know for a fact, but I THINK the computer assigns each ticket a random number. If you get number 1, you get the permit. Number 2 & 3 would be alternates.
