Title: Rasbo's pork rub

This is my favorite rub..

1 tablespoon seasoned salt..Johnny's
2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 tsp brown sugar
double or triple depending how much ya might need,I rub it on the meat and leave over night in the fridge.

:chuckle:if ya like a south western taste,brown some cumin seeds and crush them and add to the rub

gonna try that one
when ya mix it taste it first to see how ya like it,some dont like the salt but this is the best Ive come up with through the years,,This really rocks on a smoked bear roast :drool:

i am a salt fan so i am sure it will work, who is bringin the bear roast fishin?  :chuckle:

Rasbo is that what you used on the bear roast at the bbq?  if so it was really good...
