I picked up an older reger 10/22 a while back and just updated the barrel to a .920 diameter barrel. I need to swap out to a new stock that can handle the wider barrel.
Midway, Brownells and Cabelas all have a large selection of 10/22 stocks, however what I really want is a nice looking solid wood stock, not a synthetic or laminate stock.
Does anyone know of a place that sells a decent selection of wooden 10/22 stocks?

You could easily rasp/sand the contour of the old stock to fit. Work slowly, but it is not hard

Rob-
Do you want a stock that looks like the O/E stock or something a little more tricked out looking?

Boyd's are sweet. Sometimes gunbroker and ebay have some nice ones.

Thanks for the leads, I'll check them out.
I was probably a bit unclear in my initial post, but I am not really looking for a laminate stock. I want a stock made of a single piece of wood as I am looking for a more traditional look and feel for this gun.
Good point about rasping out the stock to accommodate the larger barrel, however my question on that would be, what about the little retainer on the foreend of the stock that holds the barrel in? it is molded to a factory diameter barrel, and I would need one that would fit on the stock as well as above the barrel without any significant gaps (see photo).

the .920 barrel setups don't use the barrel clamp. My 10/22 wood stock at home doesn't use a barrel clamp. If you could find a stock like that, that'd be the ticket. I have a nice wood stock I'd sell you if you're interested but it utilizes a barrel clamp if I remember correctly. The wood is a little nicer than normal though.

Look at this link too. I don't know if it's any good because it's blocked by this dang firewall here at work. You might see something there.

You don't need the barrel band. I took mine off and it shoots better. I just have the standard contour barrel, not the bull barrel
