Title: Beaver Ponds?
Post by: Everett on January 23, 2011, 05:39:46 PM: I have a lot of beaver ponds in my area, (Granite Falls), and I was curious if anyone has ever hunted beaver ponds for ducks and geese. The ponds really aren't that big, probably 80' Diameter +/-. Please, let me know what you think and thanks in advance.

Be ready to take a swim or have a sharp stick that punctures your waders when hunting beaver ponds. I have gone over my head a few time over the years.

Yeah they are a pain to get around, the ones I was hunting were really deep.
