This Cow moose went home yesterday. This moose was harvested by a youth hunter last fall. I decide to use maceration on this skull instead of using beetels and the plaque was made from a local here in town. I think it turned out really good.

That's pretty cool! You can make pretty much any skull look awesome after they have been cleaned and whitened.

Wow,
I really didn't no the base was going to be so popular. I am going to be finishing a deer euro that I am going to be doing the same way. The deer will be being shown at are local fair action next weekend, for a european mount give away for next hunting season. I am also doing a horn mount with dark leather with the burnt pine for a client. I'll post pics when I get done.
