Has anybody else been sing a lot of coyotes just driving on high ways? I drive 12 miles on a rural highway every day and ive killed 3 and seen at least 9 more in the last few weeks... I dont know if its just being lucky, or what?? I kinda like it though!

I hope you've hit them with you vehicle and are not shooting them from the hiway.

quite a few up here in Pend Oreille county too. some of my friends said there's a couple who lay out in the open by the newsprint mill, since there is no way to get a good angle on 'em to shoot without the mill or houses in the background, they just lay there soaking up the sun. seemingly secure in the knowledge they can't be shot at there.

AWS dont worry about it. Not your business. Drives me crazy how people think they are wardens. He was just stating facts why dont you say something positive instead of question him??

Just to let you know, all of these yotes have been in public fields and clearcuts, I get out and make sure im way off the high way before I shoot.

Glad you did it the right way, there are alot of guys that would have shot them right out the vehicle window and given hunters another black mark.
Good shooting.
