is it legal to hunt with a pistol grip on the stock of a shotgun in this state? I'd like to have a stock with a thumbhole but havnt found one yet so I'll settle for a pistol grip if it's legal.

i've never seen anything in the regs that regulated the types of stocks you can use. :dunno: i don't see why not. but wouldn't that be unconfortable? will you be using it for birds or animals? you might knock some teath out if you hunt for birds with a pistol grip :chuckle:

but i should note: you can't hunt fox in washington with a pistol grip unless you tell BIGINNER where the foxes are at... :chuckle:

benelli super black eagle. Beginner I havnt been able to call in any fox lately. Had one in the back yard 2 weeks ago. Herd the animals makin noise, so I got the spot light out and there he was at 20 yards :bash: I'd prefer a thumb hole but a pistol grip will work. I want to use it for turkeys, fox and coyote, and maybe try it on ducks,
