Title: We are looking for a Chocolate Lab Stud
Post by: camoanne on March 05, 2011, 08:10:55 PM
So im looking to find a well bred chocolate Lab male to breed to my Chocolate Lab. She is a well breed female that is a great hunter in the field its all business, but at home is all about family. Benelli is athletic, smart, proven hunter and family dog. Dont find many like her. We are hoping to find a stud that will compliment her. Stud must be a  hunter or at least have proven working pedigree with a good vet history Health, hips, eyes ect. We wont be breeding until around December 2011 and dont want to breed to just any old dog. Also must have the chocolate factory as we want a all chocolate litter.
Yep I know Im picky!!! But she is worth finding the right stud as she is a great dog came from a great breeder and has proven to be a great all around female in the field and at home!! We will have pick of litter as this will be her only litter and we want to keep One pup for us. If someone wanted to do breeding for trade of pup we would consider for sure.

PM me- My buddy has the only Qualified All Age Field Trial Chocolate in Washington. Champ's a very fast learner and has the off switch. He won the Qual (QAA) at under two. Qualifed All Age Stake in Field trial is a big step above a Master Hunter.

I believe he's out of Code Blue.

Stud Fee $1,500.

Well actually Paul, Champ is by FC AFC Cuda's Blue Ryder (not FC AFC Code Blue). His half brother FC Way-Da-Go Call of the Wild who has his Field Champion title's stud fee is less than Champ's. Yikes.....

Blue this Blue that- frickin labs-

Ok- I was close. Probably get a deal on the stud fee- I think that is what he originally asked for when he first got QAA. Might be less now he hasn't worked in a while!:) Where is his half brother located? The cost of shipping his stuff and AI would probably outweight the cost of a local stud doncha think?

Anyways- obviously the best two chocolates around right there.......

I'm glad to know that Benelli is one of my pups! Ben has produced some amazing hunting dogs.

Drake is a great option. I wanted to use him last month, but he was in CA. I'd love a female out of Drake. I used Ben and already have 5 deposits on pups. Several are referalls from proven hunting dogs out of Ben.

I have one of drakes pups and he's a nice dog so far. Doing 100 yard marks at 3 months. Now he can do basic doubles at 6 months. Nice personality too.

Drake is located in the tri-cities area so there would be no need for shipping semen. ;)
