Title: Please help move 5661 out of the rules committee by 5 pm monday 3-7-11

5661 is a derelict gillnet bill.   It will require ID tags on the nets and  48 hour reporting when the net is lost.    More info is available on the link below.

Rules committee.   Even if your Senator is not on Rules, it could help the bill.
