Welcome echo.  :hello:  If I were closer, I'd take you up on that offer.  However, I think this site has a few "decent" yote busters in that area that might take your offer up...... :chuckle:

I just drove down to Moscow and saw 5 along the highway between Colfax and Pullman. I don't think Tbradford is keeping them thinned down.  :chuckle:

there is no public land in farm country !!

Not true. Maybe there's not a lot, but there's some DNR land. I've hunted a lot of it in SE Washington.

just a side note, there has been a pack of 8-9 wolves spotted more than once along highway 27 between pullman and palouse. mostly around the fallon, kamiak butte and viola, Idaho areas...

So, the wolves aren't scared of the Cougars........ ???

BLM owns thousands of acres in eastern Washington that is open to the public for hunting.  All you have to do is go to a conservation office or nrsc office to get a map.  If they don't have one they can tell you where to get them.  As far as the 4 coyotes, I would love to help you out, but my work load for putting in long hours is about to start.  Good luck.

What?  I thought your teammates shot all the coyotes in that area.  They have the wheat field hunting down to a science.  And no, I definitely don't do my part these days.  :-)

Echo,

Thanks for coming on here and offering your land and trying to get some hunters out there to control the population. We need more people like you on here. Hopefully you will get a responsible hunter to assist you. I can't say that I blame you for stopping vehicles. It is a never ending issue when some people can't read a map or disregard it all together and think they can hunt where ever they choose.  Once again thanks for what you are doing and asking..

Joe

thought i'd share this not so funny story from my neighbor... guy comes to her door, asks her if she wants him to shoot the coyote out in the field in front of her house.... ......she's an older grandma and was a bit perplexed,,,,,  :yike:    seems the "coyote" he offered to shoot was her dog !!!   :bdid:

yeah !!! a collie...........moral of the story of course,,,,, if you can't tell the difference between a coyote and Lassie,, you better just head back to town..... :hello:  don't let the gate hit ya in the ass on the way out !

Holy crapola,  :yike:  that would really burn my ass if someone did that to me. I would give them a a real good talking to and I think I would be rather rude. But at least he stopped to ask for permission!
