Title: THUNDERCHICKEN

 1-2 cups cubed grouse
 mix up a cup flour and two tablespoons garlic powder
 heat two tablespoons veg oil
 shake cubes up in flour, toss in oil when hot
 serve with wild rice.....

 Good stuff

Sounds tasty, I might toss the oil and substitue with butter just because I have good medical insurance. ;)
