Title: bushnell returns

i have an old bushnell scope im going to try and return for fixing. anyone have any experience with this? do i need the original box or any of that?

 I would go to their website, contact them thru it and go from there.

 :yeah:  My dad just got a brand new scope to replace a 30+ year old Bushnell that the seals finally gave out on.  We just called them, there is a form that you can fill out online, but you have to print a copy to send in with your scope.  We packed the thing and sent it back and a couple of weeks later my dad got a new scope in the mail.  They also sent him a couple of e-mails to let him know what was going on.  One when they decided not to repair his old scope, another when the replacement had aproved, and a third one when his new scope was shipped.  They were very easy to work with.
